You will then be asked to attend an interview with our Head teacher either at our offices in London or at your university. You will be asked to present the compulsory documentation/ certificates that evidence that you meet the eligibility criteria. Our compliance team will work with you to ensure that you are compliant as soon as possible. Full details of the DBS process will be shared with you on the day of your interview. You will be asked to pay the cost of the DBS check but there will be no admin fee applied.

On completion of our compliance checks you will be interviewed by our head teacher or a member of our team. This is your chance to show us who you are; your passion, your commitment and your ambitions. We will also share with you our training strategy and overview and provide you with the key dates and times of our training schedule including the initial 5 day residential. It will be a pleasure to talk through with you the experiences that have generated your interest in teaching and for us to share with you our passion.

Our vocation. Our heritage. Our pride in the teaching profession.

You will be notified of your success within 10 working days of your interview.

If successful, we will then arrange a meeting with a preferred school to ensure suitability. This will be the place and the family where and with who you will spend most of your professional life as a trainee teacher. It is important that you are a good fit and that you feel confident and happy in your placement.

Once everyone concerned is happy, a contract will be signed and your life as a teacher will begin.
