We are an organisation driven by our values and as such we select graduates based on passion, commitment and a real belief in the integrity and entitlement of young people.
Any previous experience in working with young people will be of benefit to your application but it is not essential.
However, teaching is a graduate profession and we therefore have a duty to ensure a certain level of academic attainment.

This is your chance to show us who you are; your passion, your commitment and your ambitions. We will also share with you our training strategy and overview and provide you with the key dates and times of our training schedule including the initial 5 day residential. It will be a pleasure to talk through with you the experiences that have generated your interest in teaching and for us to share with you our passion.
